SHIPPING POLICY

When you purchase goods from our Site https://shop.melissafoster.com/ hereafter known as the Site), the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

1. ​DIGITAL GOODS (ebooks and audiobooks) can be downloaded from the link in your order confirmation email, and as a backup they are also delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see their email, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, also check your Promotions tab.

PLEASE NOTE: Audiobooks are not available to order from the United Kingdom (UK).

2. PRINT BOOKS & MERCHANDISE products will be shipping within two weeks of order placement. Average product shipping times to the United States is 5-10 days after products are shipped. Average overseas shipping varies based on location. We are not liable for shipping delays or distributor delays.

PLEASE NOTE: Print books & merchandise are not available to order from the Europeon Union (EU).

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient when ordering physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
